A very friendly place situated conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main road. It’s not fancy, it has its own special charm and it is priced properly.

Room was comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the staff great. Only issue is the design of the hotel, with rooms circling two internal courtyards with pools that amplify all the noise. Kitchen staff start work around 5.30am, kids are playing in the pool by 7am, and the noise of both is louder than it otherwise would be due to the layout. If you're fantasising about long lie-ins, or you're a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was great. However, hotel is not prepared to assist guests during bad weather conditions. During our stay (July is rainy month), street was flooded and guests had no choice but to trek the dirty water. Told the staff maybe they should have lots of boots ready for rent or have motorcycles to help transport guests. It was awful walking on flooded street. This place is great if weather is dry. Not good to book on rainy season. Hope this info helps you decide.

I booked a family room and expecting two bathrooms for a guest of 8, they gave me a big room and the 8 of us has to take turns using the bathroom. When we first stepped in the room, floor was very sandy and took them the next day to clean it. The elevator is small and not air conditioned. Food was mediocre and the place is quite a walk from the beach. The only saving grace is their staff, very friendly, accommodating and good customer service. Would I book again, no.

Great hotel for the money

The place is hide away from crowd on island and is pretty calm considering they are very close to Station 2 Whitesand beach. We were able to normally sleep. Bit hard to find the place when you coming from the main road and beachfront side, so would recommend to put signed on both sides of entrance. We had to wait until one of the staff comes to pick us up as we were not able to locate it.Short 3 min walk to beautiful white-sand beach. So if you like place where it is not far to beach and it is calm, you have your jackpot. Very nice and always helpfull staff. Rooms size is not big, but you have all you need for your stay. Breakfast portion could have been bigger, but food overall tasty. Definitely a place we gonna choose again if coming back to Boracay. Definitely worth the money.

Hotel is good and staffs are very nice, except to the person handling the beach towels. They only give 1 beach towel per day/ person, if your beach towel gets dirty or wet, they won’t replace it. But we saw them replace some beach towel to other hotel guest, which is vey unfair. One of the downside also, if it rains, the alley outside the hotel gets flooded. Water from the sewage is coming out and your walking through it. So disgusting.

The hotel was ok. I was disappointed upon checking in because the staff was not including my 11 yo daughter to use the services in the hotel. Although i booked for 6 people( 4 adults, 2 kids: 16yo and 11yo). They made me pay for my 16 yo for her stay since they said she is already considered adult on their age limit. My 11 yo was nonexistent on the count, meaning they are not proving her with towel to use for the room or for the pool and no complimentary breakfast for her eventhough the booking says child under 12 yo stay free. The only want to provide service to 5 people that was paid for the booking. I had to demand to speak to the hotel manager since she was included in the count when i made the booking for 6 people. They ended up giving her a towel to use for shower and pool towel but i still had to pay for her breakfast each day since the 5 of us had complimentary breakfast included in the booking.
