Hotel overall is very nice. Rooms are spacious. Staff are extra nice. However, the road or pathway from the main street to the hotel entrance is a pain. I wish the hotel management would do something with that small muddy road, and there are so much potholes.

The property was right on the beach. I had booked a beachfront view room but in from of the hotel is a large mesh tarp blocking the view. It still was nice, but this is something the hotel should have told you about before. Check in and check out were a bit slow. Thank you to concierge Jed and Sam at the breakfast buffet. They made my stay more relaxing and friendly. For those of you that read this review, I ask that you please be kind and generous and tip the staff that serve you.

Overall, great hotel! Great staff, clean, convenient location, loved the breakfast. Couple issues: 1. The unpaved road to the property needs to be addressed. Walking to and from the main road from the property when the road is wet, is miserable. Get ready to walk through puddles. 2. Noise issue with the neighbor singing karaoke in the middle of the night for all 4-nights of our stay. We stayed in room 510. Understandably out of hotels’ control.

This is a great property for families or solo travelers if you keep your expectations modest. For the location and budget you’re getting a great deal. The mix of experienced and inexperienced staff means you have to be reasonable in order not to be disappointed. It’s the best Henann property on the island in my opinion. The only thing I’d say is that their food in the lobby cafe needs to be more nutritionally balanced. For instance, everything is high glycemic index carbs. No salads or balanced options. Even if they want to be economical - it’s not hard to carry over leftover breakfast meats and proteins in the form of sandwiches and bowls because those items will likely be recycled in some way anyways. If this doesn’t change in the future - you can always walk a few steps away and find a lot of food options anyways.
