Staff were friendly, and helpful. Check in was very easy, even a little early which was very kind. Room was a good size, clean, aircon was cold and comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfortable and large with 2 pillows. Area felt safe and great walkable path to the beach. Front desk offers beach towels, pool on the roof had a great view of the ocean and sunset for not being directly on the beach. Great hotel stay and value for money.

Our experience with Lime was great. The hotel is modern, clean, bright and cheerful. Beds are comfortable. The room had ample space, lots of water pressure and hot water!!! I would definitely stay here again My only suggestion is if you are senaitive to noise then the pool floor may not be ideal (7th floor). Great access but you can hear people visiting and coming and going

hotel juat reopened i guess.. the towels were terrible, the shower only half worked, the breakfast buffet had no food one day. hotel has potential, but not right now.

Amazing hotel

AMAZING HOTEL. Super nice and friendly staff that gave us perfect service. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything was new, fresh and clean. Comfy beds, soft bed linens and towels. Loved the modern style of the hotel. Would definitely come back to Lime! Have nothing negative to say about this hotel whatsoever. Stay here!!

The property fell short in several aspects, including cleanliness and facilities. There was no hot water and a leaking AC unit. The elevator did not function for three days, which when on the 8th floor is just not a good experience especially when travelling with a disabled partner. Given this I had to checkout four nights early, with no refund and accepted my loss and rebooked at a reputable hotel which is accessible.

I have hesitations booking Boracay properties by the main road. But Lime changed my mind. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. Aside from its cleanliness, what you would really appreciate in Lime is their staff. Kudos! Will I consider coming back? Yes!

Le personnel de l'hotel au top, accueillant et tres serviable. L'hotel est idealement placé sur main road a 5 min a pied de white beach. Proche de tout les commerces. Bon rapport qualité prix. A l'arrivée on nous sert un verre de jus ( citron evidemment 😁 ) avec des serviettes fraiches, ainsi qu'une paire de lunette de soleil chacun.

入住的房間就位於櫃檯對面，隔音差的狀況下根本無法好好休息，而且電視是壞掉的。 向服務人員反應嘗試幾次無法修復電視後，把我們的房間換到櫃檯斜後方，這個房間更吵，因為一面是飯店內部另一面是街道。 另外要注意的是LOBBY在三樓必須先搬行李爬樓梯上去，這樣的設計對行動不便或行李多的人很不貼心。 房間內裝潢很多地方都已脫漆看起來不像是才開業沒幾年的飯店。 離沙灘要徒步5~10分鐘，但連接沙灘的道路充滿坑洞和積水，如果要享受沙灘還是直接入住沙灘旁的飯店好。

Highly recommended. Overall, our stay was comfortable. All staff are pleasant and always ready to give assistance. Special mention to Madz who willingly addressed my concern to transfer room due to noise at the lobby area. We were transferred / upgraded to a higher room the next day. Thank you.

Breakfast was served late for the 2 days my family and I stayed there. There was a power outage in Boracay due to damage by the typhoon that hit 2 days ago. The power to run the hotel was supplied by their generator but it kept on overheating so it was turned off for a couple of hours, 2 times a day during the morning and afternoon. There was no wifi service for the internet since the provider was down. Also, no cable TV service was available. All these things made our stay very uncomfortable and unenjoyable.
