"Hot room. Cold shower. Literally. The A\C didn’t work (anywhere) and the water didn’t get hot. Restaurant wouldn’t serve me what I ordered from the menu. No place to charge your phone. Masseuse left the room 5 times during massage. Room was filthy. Looked gorgeous from the pics, but like a bad girlfriend, horrible inside. "

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return again."

"I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient. "

"As the 1st Scottish person to grace their hotel(apparently) they were understanding of my excitedness and generally chat and accommodating. Shout out to Marie the receptionist who was lovely. Their dogs will want your food, but you've not to feed them. Pool was good has a diving board as well. The bed was decent and fit its purpose, shower was okay , toilet good and AC excellent. The food was lovely, very tasteful and reasonablu priced. For the price, and location to Cebu Airport I recommend this hotel for a few nights."

"Took me some time to get towel. Under the heat, I was 🤔 told to get the towel from the life guard but didn't specify where. We went to go swimming at the beach but lifeguard nowhere to be found. Frustrating 😞"
