"clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price."

"The lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming. The hotel itself has bags of character. The room was spacious and the shower powerful. Really close to the tube which makes it so easy to get into central London (or you can take a leisurely stroll in through two amazing parks). "

"Great hotel, handy to the tube, plenty of local shops and cafes in walking distance. Room was very clean and spacious. Room did not have carpet, which I thought strange, but it was probably more hygienic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"The breakfast has a huge selection and is very good, it’s worth the cost. The staff was super helpful! The location is also very central to major attractions in London and to all the football stadiums. Getting an Uber or a taxi from this place is very easy It’s not the fanciest hotel ever, and it is not a property with a ton of amenities, but if you’re looking for a great place to stay at central with a helpful staff with a reliable and great breakfast, this is it"

"Very small room. No space for luggage. Difficult to walk past the bed. Small toilet with no extractor"

"No toilet roll in the bedroom Staff were told multiple times and each time we were told it would be put there. We had to use packets of tissues"
