Staff were very friendly…. Very clean all round and food was good. Pool facilities were good too…. Negatives: Not enough towels supplied…. The lack of hanging/wardrobe space wouldn’t be practical for longer stays and our corridor was being decorated right outside so we had the lingering paint smell throughout our stay!

Nice hotel. Lovely pool. Rooms are a good size but a bit dark with lots of dark colours which is not the nicest. Very convenient for Harry Potter studios though! The bar is prettt decent with nice food too.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, for example, having extra towels sent up to our room or just being attentive when eating in the restaurant. The hotel is a new build and is very well kept. Excellent standard of cleaning, new bathroom fittings and comfortable bed.
