Stayed here for my sons graduation. Didn’t realize check in was 4pm. I stopped to see if there was anyway I could check in earlier and my family and I were allowed to. So thank you so much! Hotel was clean and had a nice view from the 9th floor!! Would stay here again if I’m ever near Duluth.

The property is going through renovation. The room was very nice, but the water pressure in the sink was not good on the hot side. The bed needs a bumper around the bottom, I hit my leg twice on it. The TV needs upgrading, there's only a few channels and no plug for fire stick. All in all it was good enough for the 2 nights we spent there. My husband complained to me about the doors slamming at night. Also the toilets are very low, should add handicap rails for those who need them. Breakfast buffet was nice only missing cheese for your grits.
