"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
"Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Goyen Boutique Hotel in Bilbao's historic old town! Unfortunately, we departed too early to try the breakfast, but it looked amazing and we were tempted by the delicious options.
We're not sure why this hotel has a low star rating, but we found it to be a clean and charming boutique hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bilbao's old town, making it easy to explore the city's historic streets and landmarks.
The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and stylishly decorated. We would definitely recommend the Goyen Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Bilbao.
