"Breakfast was too expensive"

"We loved the mini refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer combo (detergent provided), microwave, kettle, plates, utensils, even an ice bucket. Location is great with 2 convenient stations nearby. Awesome hair dryer. Every staff we encountered were friendly. We would buy breakfast food the night before from nearby kombini so we did not try hotel breakfast. Lots of nearby eateries. We liked the location because it was a less hectic part of Tokyo. There is a lot of construction outside but we did not hear any of it in our room. "

"Had to wait beyond 3pm for room to be available, courtesy drink should be offered when guests have to wait for their room to be made ready post 3pm. The room itself was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was great. Various power adapters provided were useful additions. TV should allow connection to guests streaming channels in 2026. Handy Lawson convenience store in the basement. Tried the Sky bar, had to queue, didn’t pay extra for the tower view and could see it from the bar counter anyway. Vehicle noise from the street on the 26th floor to me seemed to be louder than one should expect, the Fast and Furious seemed to be driving by each night. Good hotel in general just a few minor irritations, back there for a few more days at the end of vacation."

"The hotel was fine, but my Expedia experience was not. For example, my first night was reserved at 55,442 JPY but at check in, the hotel charged me 69,313. I dint necessarily fault the hotel. I fault Expedia for offering me a price that was reduced of all fees, even though I asked to give me the price with taxes. I think Expedia was not honest. I travel a lot and I do not plan to reserve thru Expedia any more. There are plenty of other sites I can go thru. "

"Great place to stay in Tokyo with the JR Shinagawa station within a couple mins walk. There is also a 7/11 underneath the hotel which was convenient and perfect for late night snacks"

"Staff kept out room tidy and clean towels daily . Front desk was super nice and helpful. Also everyone spoke English which made it easy for us . "
