"Es necesario usar coche propio p taxi para ir y salir del establecimiento. En general ofrece instalaciones adecuadas. Resalta la variedad de su tienda de conveniencia. Los pisos podrían estar mas limpios. El personal muy atento y servicial. Tuve que usar la plancha en el cuarto de lavado y fue muy incomodo no poder colgar las ropa planchada por falta de perchero. Solo tres restaurantes y cafeterias cerca. Las construcciones alrededor del hotel incrementaron las dificultades de acceso."

"Location/Room: I stayed in Room 216, a “premium double room with a balcony.” The room did have a small balcony, but nothing large enough to sit on. The view was of the Atocha train station and it was a little noisy considering how much commuting happens nearby, which wasn’t a problem. The actual volume issue was how loud the construction was directly in front of the hotel. Food: The food from the lobby restaurant is pretty good, but on the 7th floor? Eh. Amenities: Not much in the hotel besides a gym and the cafe + restaurant. Service: Most of the hotel staff were very nice, shoutout to Luis and Denise!"

"It was easy to find. The air conditioning was fabulous after a long hot day of travel. The shower had great water pressure and a good size. The staff was very helpful and always asking how they could help us. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great stay! Shuttle to airport was very convenient."
