"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (even the guys who looked intimidating)! I arrived at 6AM on the day of check in. They were more than happy to hold on to my bags while I went to work (after they let me use the bathroom to change clothes and freshen up!) When I came back after a full day of work, they grabbed my bags and I was welcomed to a spotless room! I reached out to the staff to ask for recommendations for dinner and they said go upstairs to The Placery. There was an event going on so the main dining area was taken, so I grabbed a table near the bar. The bartender (who was my waiter as well) went above and beyond when he made my Arnold Palmer! Above and beyond because they didn't have any iced tea! So he brews some green tea, chills it and uses it for my Arnold Palmer! And he didn't hesitate when I needed a refill! Breakfast the next morning was pleasing, had everything you would expect and don't miss out on the orange juice! I came down a little later than expected but everything was fully stocked. The hotel location was perfect! Walking distance to my clients office, walking distance to Time Square, Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden! Plus, if you wanted to grab some of the local fare, there are a ton of places you can walk to! When I have to come back for work, this is where I'm staying!"

"Everything stood out,first of all the iconic hotel with a magazine named after it, use to read it and still do to stay in the know. The room i chose was small, but cozy and a nice viee of some of the city and skyscrapers. Nice front desk staff, jjust have them to cover their motuhs when yawning in public in front of hundreds of people. Otherwise, super clean, super quiet and close to everything. It may ne my go to on my visits back home. Grazie."

"Room was very tiny BUT had everything I needed 4 a great stay. Location was super .. walking distance to everything I came to see.. Times Square, Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, Radio City and more. Hotel was clean and perfect 4 someone visiting New York to enjoy New York. I felt very safe; the staff was very helpful and the conserige scheduled my return ride to the airport 4 half what I paid to get there. Happy Hour with Victor serving up fine cocktails and big smiles was a super way to end each great day! I’ll be back!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air con but with it being -9 we didn’t use it. The room was well heated though so didn’t notice the cold. The room we had was a bit small for 4 people but we’ve stayed before and had a very spacious room, just depends what’s available in check in. The location is amazing, 3 min walk and your on Times Square!"
