The staff, bar, breakfast, location, and cleanliness were excellent. The only negative was the rooms were small and there wasn't much room to store our clothes in our rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Fairfield is our preferred hotel based on the HOT breakfast. This location was overly crowded with insufficient seating and ran out of food. When food was added, it was cold, including the eggs. The neighborhood was unsavory. Staff was excellent and accomodations were otherwise good.

This hotel is very, very busy. The free breakfast certainly adds value. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is a block or two from a lot of retail and food and beverage options. It is also close to MSG. The elevators are very slow and not able to keep up with demand. The AC in the room works but if you like it cold, it won't happen. All in all, the pros outnumber the cons. I would stay there again.
