The team is doing the best they can with what the Hoyle owners provided them with. Ok experience, last minute book for a large party. Stayed on the family room for eight people. We were five people and it was not complicated. Not sure about eight people. Well located.

Our hotel check in/check out experience was fast and efficient. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our AC stopped working one day while we were there but the problem was quickly resolved after reporting it. A big thank you to the lovely lady who cleaned our rooms every day. We loved that the location of the hotel was situated close to a subway and lots of food and shopping within walking distance.
