"Itโ€™s a lovely resort with super friendly and helpful staff. They make your stay really enjoyable. However, do not expect much from the beach, I think they have sewerage going straight to the water. We could really not stand the smell leave alone to swim here. I donโ€™t think this is the fault of the hotel but I think itโ€™s worth mentioning."

"We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing."

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."
