At first we thought the property is really good so the first day I gave a good review right away, but as days passes the tv needs probably a replacement since it keeps shutting down, sometimes freezes. The sink and toilet gets flooded and the air conditioner leaks inside the room. For sure, I will not return from this hotel.

Everywhere you went the staff was so friendly and helpful. The pools awesome and the private beach was clean. Awesome shuttle service anytime of the day. The only negative was the hot water keep going out. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

May have been thriving once but no longer. Untrained staff, long waits for shuttles (which you had to take to get anywhere), abandoned buildings, horrendous customer service. If you’re a golfer, nice course. Otherwise there are so many better resorts to stay at in Boracay such as Movenpick and the Crimson. There are reasons why this place is so cheap.

The area can be really beautiful if they just keep the outdoor clean. Outside the balcony area there’s random trash and it takes away from the overall appeal considering it is not cheap to stay here. The staff are all very nice and welcoming though.

The hotel is nice overall, breakfast is okay, very limited selection, My bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. ..There were old stains that couldn’t be removed…Staff is friendly but not always knowledgeable (No one could answer us when we asked about the post office.) This is a resort so shuttles are readily available to take you around the property or to the gate to get eTrikes into town, Also, they have 3 shuttles daily to D Mall. Pools are nice.
