Overall, good hotel and staff, thank you. However, security guards did not take note of checked-in guests like us, particularly during the February 14 event. We had to wait to be accommodated at parking. Management will work to prioritize parking for checked-in guests over those that come for special events only. Guests that stay at your hotel for longer periods, like us for two weeks straight, deserved something better.
Beds were done well, thank you. Modern facilities were great! We requested for housekeeping on some days only, not everyday. However, it was not as detailed as we expected it to be. We observed some areas not properly cleaned, some supplies not provided, and we needed to follow up. Staff were receptive to our needs, thank you.
In general, staff were friendly and accommodating, awesome! Upon check-in, however, a front desk staff forgot to return important personal documents. What happened after was we put our bags into our room and we left for an important family gathering out-of-town, as we were dying to see them. Then, my husband found out our foreign driver licenses were missing and he called the hotel. It was still there on the photocopier, thank God. Please, please make sure you value your clients’ important documents the way they value them.
