"Close to supermarket, malls and High Street. Room access card did not work when used the first time. Front desk located on 5th floor. Had to ask room attendant to let us in. Room above can be heard moving something and making noises. Breakfast charges too expensive. Hot water availability not consistent. Room service is charged per day, so we had to request new towels everyday. No face towels. No hand soap by the sink. "

"I have stayed there twice and both times was given the view of the homes in poor condition. Also, they put a hold on the room deposit. Arrived home and the deposit has not been credited back to my credit card. The place charges deposit for each night. I feel the deposit should be one basic charge for the entire period. A small gift shop on the premises would be a nice touch. "

"It's great -as expected.. although emphasis on the washroom, the bathing/shower area needs a door for the common area not to get wet floors.. frosted glass door would be appreciated on the toilet area and the 2 doors that close the washroom should have a locking mechanism.."

"Hotel room was super cool with a giant fish tank in the room with assorted fish. Tank and room were very clean. The room lighting was cool and calming with even parts of the bed that lit up. Room was rather spacious and bed was very comfy. Big flatscreen TV which even had some American shows and movies. For the price, this place was great. Also, they had a great outside bar with good food, and with a view of Manila bay where we watched the sunset. The area around, Oceanfront Park. was still...

"Property is nice clean . Food price a little bit high . Staff are helpful . The only thing I don’t like eating breakfast kitchen staff not very professional in term of dining etiquette’s. Training will improve it. Overall experience was good. Definitely i will be back to stay ."

"Clean hotel, stayed here as it was close to the airport and also only a few mins away from Mall of Asia. Staff friendly. Lots of fast food, however sit in dining limited within walking distance. "
