Very friendly and courteous staff. Cozy ambience and clean rooms. The hotel is close to shopping and food establishments. The air-conditioning unit in the room was broken though, and had to transfer to another room.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice. The swimming pool is also ok. Location is good it is only a few minutes walk to the mall. But they do not provide hair dryer and there are no hand towels and face towels either.
