"I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response."

"There was a water heater but it was not working. No slippers (even paper ones) were provided but there was also no mat outside the washroom, so it was kinda slippery. Also i was unfortunate that during my stay, there was a neighboring room which always slams therir door, but that was not reddoorz fault. But its so conveniently located right in the heart of legazpi. If only for that plus its cheap, i like reddoorz."

"The hotel does not exist, it’s a scam. Unfortunately we spend more than 2 hrs to rearrange the plans after the apartment owner told us doesn’t work anymore with OYO. It creates a lot of issues, frustration and time/money loss"

"Everything was ok except for the long walk to the lobby, maybe because it is still under construction? From tower 3, you have to pass tower 2 to get to tower 1, it’s ok I am still capable to walk that far but what about those who cannot?"
