When I booked the rooms the photos are pretty outdated. The carpets are coming up in the hallways and in the rooms, and the walls and tiles were broken in both rooms that I had. I had order the deluxe studio and it was ok but the furniture and carpet was poorly maintained as well. I will also say that the hot water only lasted a whole 3 minutes max and then you will be taking a cold shower, so do prepare for that. What I will say is that the staff was helpful in trying to accommodate me since my WiFi was inaccessible in my hotel room and they did move me rooms. Only issue I have though is the air vents were very dirty and not cleaned regularly. Overall a cheaper stay but for a bit more you can find I feel much better quality overall.

We only stayed one night, that was how many nights we had booked. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was within 2 minutes of the nightlife. So location is great. They had a mellow rock band in the lobby. The hotel was OK, bed comfortable and clean. Shower and bathroom were adequate. They had some construction going on and my only complaint was the hallways had a slight off putting smell and were dim and dingy, I am thinking it has to do with the humidity. For the price would stay again due to location

Big, comfortable room. Quiet too. If you’re in Makati for the “nightlife”, you’ll probably like this hotel. Otherwise, I’d give it a pass and find a place in Makati a little more removed from the sleaze.
