Checking in was such a breeze. Angelica and the rest of the staff at U Hotels have been very lovely and accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

Nice cafe and most staff were nice. Was bothered by manager who agressivly questioned whether i was a guest at the hotel despite me being in public cafe area while paying for coffee and this made me feel unwelcome. Take security deposit on credit card but though they run card at checkin refuse to run reversal at checkout or give recipt or any paperwork at all (despite acknowleging there will be no charges) and say return of deposit will take weeks.

Inadequate amenities and hot water is not reliable. They also can do better on cleanliness of beddings. Water also does not drain properly so there is always water in the shower.

Everything was good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that was less then perfect was that our room did not have a window, so there was no natural light. We were not aware of that when we made the booking. On the bright side, we didn't have to worry about the early morning sun waking us 😁.

Staff and cleanliness are excellent. Room have no closet, bathroom shower is very bad condition , clothes hanger is too high and they advertise they have refrigerator in the room they only have chiller/ cooler we have medication that need refrigeration and when you remove the key that chiller shot done also , the lights should be the only one to shot down.
