"This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious "

"The best area for those who want to be close to all the excitement and fun but also be able to sleep somewhere quiet at night. This place has a gated parking lot for our rental car which saved a lot of worry, and the hotel is right next to the convenience store for a quick bite. It is not far away from Playa Del Carmen, being no more than a 10-minute walk to 5th Ave / ocean where everything is. The area is well-lit and feels extremely safe, and we would love bring our families here next time....

" me aloje en la habitación 44 que era la suite junior y la habitación era igual a la de las fotos, el desayuno incluido en el ( el lugar L' Italiano) siempre fue muy bueno y en general si lo tuviera que calificar Excelente lugar, Excelente atención y Muy recomendable. importante tener en cuenta que los comercios apagan las musica a las 11 asi que antes de esa hora escucharas algo de musica."

"A great place to stay in PDC, on the main plaza with all of its local daily activity and just steps from both the ADO terminal and the beach. Although the area is bustling, it is quite serene on the large balconies of the oceanfront junior suites. My oceanfront junior suite was very large, a bit spartan but with a gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze when you are on the balcony. Highly recommend."
