"The place was great I would stay there again the staff was very nice. They had a lot of entertainment on site and things to keep the guest happy and active. Book dinner at the restaurants food 10/10 & so was the buffet too which opened late that was a plus and has a lot of variety. Breakfast & lunch buffet was my favourite.You have many different pools but do recommend getting a swim up. Food and drinks was amazing. "

"This property is AMAZING! The dining options are over the moon incredible; Thai, Italian, Spanish, Burgers, etc...you name it! The beaches, the pools, the spa ( where you can get massages, manicures and pedicures...AND get your workout in). There's archery, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, paddle boarding, windsurfing, canoeing and MORE)! I LOVE IT HERE and will DEFINITELY be returning!!!"

"We had a great experience at Ocean Riviera Paradise. Angel and Malena were amazing. We initially had a poolside view room but Angel upgraded it to a swim up room at no cost due to it being the only ones left with a king size bed. We stayed in the privilege building and Malena was amazing at making sure our experience was great. The food was amazing and the service as well. I highly recommend this all inclusive. "

I don't normally name names but these people went above and beyond and made our stay most enjoyable - Concierge - Isis Bell Hop - Marcelo Waiters - Bryan, Armando and Javier Hostess - Liseth I highly recommend this resort and i have already booked to go back in October."

Ocean Maya Royale All Inclusive Adults Only

"We did the privilege room upgrade at this resort. The room was great, everything in the room functioned as it should. Cold AC, great water pressure and hot water. Top shelf alcohol is included with the privilege upgrade, and the privilege restaurant food was excellent. The pools and beach were nice and there were always chairs available. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach each day, but the hotel did their best to clean it up most days. It is a bit of a walk from the lobby area to the beach, so we used their golf cart service on very hot days to go back and forth. Staff was very attentive, and we were asked daily if our room was OK, if we needed to make dinner reservations or needed help with anything. Everyone was very helpful. There is not much to do or see near the hotel. A cab ride to Playa del Carmen for shopping was over $50 round trip. Overall we had a great time. I would highly recommend the privilege room upgrade"

"AMAZING and BEST experience ever. The hospitality, the food, the experience, EVERYTHING was incredible. Hotel rooms were super clean, organized, staff was superb, easy to get around, resort is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning in the future!! "

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"The servers/ beach workers were absolutely amazing so attentive and the food was absolutely wonderful not a single complaint . I loved how safe we felt and how calm it was. This resort was not a big party place which is exactly want we wanted. Just a very calm and relaxed time. I look forward to when we can book another trip back as it was a great five days for us all round . Loved the wildlife. The only couple cons for us was the sliding doors to go out to our patio of our room was behind a pillar, which made it a tad difficult to get out of with coffees in hand. And the bed was a tad hard but it was still a decent sleep. The spa was a tad too pricy for us but it looked so nice but was out of our budget. "

"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "
