"We had a great experience at Ocean Riviera Paradise. Angel and Malena were amazing. We initially had a poolside view room but Angel upgraded it to a swim up room at no cost due to it being the only ones left with a king size bed. We stayed in the privilege building and Malena was amazing at making sure our experience was great. The food was amazing and the service as well. I highly recommend this all inclusive. "

"We did the privilege room upgrade at this resort. The room was great, everything in the room functioned as it should. Cold AC, great water pressure and hot water. Top shelf alcohol is included with the privilege upgrade, and the privilege restaurant food was excellent. The pools and beach were nice and there were always chairs available. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach each day, but the hotel did their best to clean it up most days. It is a bit of a walk from the lobby area to the beach, so we used their golf cart service on very hot days to go back and forth. Staff was very attentive, and we were asked daily if our room was OK, if we needed to make dinner reservations or needed help with anything. Everyone was very helpful. There is not much to do or see near the hotel. A cab ride to Playa del Carmen for shopping was over $50 round trip. Overall we had a great time. I would highly recommend the privilege room upgrade"

"Amazing stay with beautiful beaches and easy access to the beach. Servers were awesome, especially all the servers at the swim up bar. They were all working hard and made everyone their drinks. Room service was great. Everything on the property was easily accessible except the store."
