"The location was excellent.We had a partial ocean view. It is right across the street from International Market and just 2-3 blks to the beach and Royal Hawaiian Resort and shopping. The $55 a day parking charge was unexpected. I did not have any idea it was going to cost an extra $230 just to park. It was valet only so a lot of waiting. "

"The Stay Hotel was an incredible bargain. lt is located the midst of the high end resort, hotels, and blocks from the water. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, if outdated. Really glad I stayed there and will stay again."

"Everyone was very friendly. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected considering where it’s located. Only complaint is I called once for extra coffee pods and they were never brought to us. Other than that, very nice stay. "

"The staff was great! The service in our room was great! Everyone was curteous and friendly. My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning. A test alarm going off very loudly lasting 5 minutes or more. The room was older than I expected. The online pictures looked like new rooms. Perhaps I was on the older side of hotel. As much...

"Renovated rooms are nice and seemed very clean, balcony could use some cleaning though. Shower was small but otherwise the bathroom was nice. Kitchen was great to have and bed was comfy. Views are really nice from high up and location is great, plus the price compared to similar hotels is competitive. Would stay again. "
