"I loved the property The staff was so kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better honey/baby moon. Everything was easy to book. Everyday between turn down service and morning service was great. That always made sure we are comfortable and everything was clean. It is expensive the restaurants and parking ( especially if you are staying on property) I would go back again. "

"Valet parking is the best way to go, or else you take a risk with street parking. The room was cute and trendy. Beds were comfortable. However, we didn't have housekeeping the entire time we there. You get some goodies when you check-in. The bar and restaurant were very tasty and nice. "

"We are from the Waikiki area but this is the first time I've stayed at the Queen Kap. I get coffee in their lobby all the time when I come to town. I was there with my elderly father to bring him back to the island one last time to relive and revisit his childhood memories. The hotel was a perfect location for us because he grew up in Kaimuki neighborhood. I was able to arrange an electric scooter that allow him to get around the property and the area. "No hot water in sink and shower. They stated just to run water till it is hot. Only did to lute warm. Very disappointing "
