They give you free museum tickets at one of the best museums I’ve ever went to, very extra clean this is my 5th trip to Hawaii and I only stay at this hotel. Very close to everything around
The room was spotless and the view was amazing! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Be sure to check out Paris Baguette just a few steps away!

The location was perfect for walking to area restaurants, the port, etc. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Room was perfect, very clean and welcoming, best part was the A/C blew right on the bed!
Hotel was very conveniently located close to Chinatown and a short walk to the Blaisdell Arena for a concert, I highly recommend this hotel.
The room overlooks the harbor and has first class accommodations with a kitchenette, living area and two tvs. It is very spacious.

Hello, I must say the view of this hotel is nice, it is located on the downtown area which doesn’t seem to be a busy place like Miami which was a plus. The hotel staff on arrival was great with a friendly and caring personality. Our room that was given to us was not up to our Standards, this room needed major renovation overall. This hotel was not what I am normally used to but we made it work after our room was changed to a more updated one. The positive take away is the room is a suite basically with two living room, dining room, full
Kitchen with essential items needed and a washer and dryer. This would be great for a family with kids. For the price paid, we could have stayed in Hilton or another hotel that we are familiar with. This is not in the tourist industry as well but drive time is not too far away. Renting a car is not suggested because parking is like $45 a night. We made the best of the stay because our itinerary was jammed packed everyday so we were only there to
