"The staff was great! The service in our room was great! Everyone was curteous and friendly. My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning. "very nice and always helpful staff. Very clean and quiet. There is a pool and BBQ area, nice landscaping, fishponds.. Suites are updated, beds comfy. Nice balcony with table and chairs. We also had a small kitchen, which was perfect. Just behind the complex is the Ala Wai Canal and Boulevard- which is very walkable/ perfect for jogging..and within a 2 km walk from Hotel is the Library, a Safeway Store and the famous Leonard's Bakery. "

"The Stay Hotel was an incredible bargain. lt is located the midst of the high end resort, hotels, and blocks from the water. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, if outdated. Really glad I stayed there and will stay again."
