By far my favorite hotel in Hawaii. Staff was awesome, room was perfect overlooking the pool. Clean and comfortable. Just the way I like it. Valet staff was quick and overall awesome!

We had an amazing time! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had towels, sun screen and aloe Vera next to the pool which we took full advantage of. It was like a 6 minute walk to the beach that feels like 2 minutes because all the stores you pass and the beautiful ocean breeze. Only complain I had was that the fridge didn’t keep stuff cool. We had to keep getting ice and use cups for our drinks.

The property location was great. All nice spots are within walkable distance. The staff are very supportive, checkin and checkout process were swift. The room was very comfortable and clean. The Cleaning staff have done great at their work each time they would serviced our room.

Welcoming staff, shared a lot of helpful information about the near attractions. Rooms are clean and looks like recently renovated. Great location! You can walk to the 3 malls and many restaurants, also to Waikiki beach. No self parking at the hotel. Parking can be a challenge in the near streets or you have the option of paying $63 for valet parking at the hotel. You can also park in the near shopping center with restrictions to certain hours and different fees. Overall great experience! Thank you to the whole team.

Awesome location to walk to everything. You get 3 beach items complimentary at a local beach company in Waikiki close to the zoo (but go early). Parking is a nightmare. I recommend you don’t have a car in Waikiki. You can walk everywhere or take the local buses or trolley. Less expensive than being right on the beach. Rooms are okay.. nothing fancy, but clean and functional.

I normally only stay at Marriott’s and this one has been the worst (in my opinion) Staff was very rude and not very helpful. We got breakfast coupons with our stay and the bartender was pissed we were there. Vocally annoyed to be helping us. Our room was decent enough but the showers weee so small you had to fit in sideways and we are not large people. Balcony door didn’t shut and allowed every single bit of noise possible. Our door had a large gap so you would hear everything in the hall way along with the light. Drunk people fighting outside our door at 2 am and it got very violent. We tried to say something in the morning and they seemed like they were so annoyed that we said anything and did not care that our experience was not good. Definitely will not go back here.
