"It’s a bit far to walk to the main attractions. It’s about 8–10 minutes from Yokohama Station by taxi, or 15–20 minutes on foot. However, the hotel environment is very nice. Taking a taxi is also not too expensive and quite acceptable."

"Property has a good location to public transportation and easy walking to eating establishments. We did not try to breakfast but the amenities were very generous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out. The onsen with a view of Mt Fuji is very beautiful. "
