We loved this hotel! The staff were so helpful and spoke excellent English, the hotel was so clean, and the bed was really comfy. The hotel was also very close to a lot of places in Yokohama. 10/10 recommend!!!!

The hotel experience far exceeded my expectations. The fragrance from the entryway was pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful- and views from the reception were stunning. A 16th floor room with an ocean view was absolutely lovely. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel has a policy to change bedsheets every three days unless you notify them. During my four day stay, the bedsheets were changed…zero times! When I enquired, I was told the housekeeping department “miscalculated”. This is absolutely unacceptable for this type of hotel, especially in the month of August. My advice is to always make sure you notify the housekeeper to change the bedsheets as often as possible, because otherwise they will not bother. Disappointing and utterly inadequate. You have lost a customer.

明るくて清潔、部屋も十分なスペースだが窓の大きさ、窓からの眺めも入るともっと広く感じる。朝食、スタッフの対応ともに問題なし。 ただ最寄りの駅からは距離があり、周辺の飲食店は少ない。みなとみらいまで歩けば良いが、距離を感じる。 一階のコンビニ頼り。 パシフィコ横浜ノース館の目の前なので、イベントなどの時の利用には最適。
