We loved this hotel! The staff were so helpful and spoke excellent English, the hotel was so clean, and the bed was really comfy. The hotel was also very close to a lot of places in Yokohama. 10/10 recommend!!!!

The hotel experience far exceeded my expectations. The fragrance from the entryway was pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful- and views from the reception were stunning. A 16th floor room with an ocean view was absolutely lovely. We would love to stay here again!

明るくて清潔、部屋も十分なスペースだが窓の大きさ、窓からの眺めも入るともっと広く感じる。朝食、スタッフの対応ともに問題なし。 ただ最寄りの駅からは距離があり、周辺の飲食店は少ない。みなとみらいまで歩けば良いが、距離を感じる。 一階のコンビニ頼り。 パシフィコ横浜ノース館の目の前なので、イベントなどの時の利用には最適。

ツインを利用しました。お部屋は清潔感があり、使いやすい レイアウト、 広い浴室と良い感じです。コンセントもベッドのナイトテーブルの所にあります。ホテル内のレストランとルームダイニングがわりと早い時間に終わりますので、（確か20時30分？）それを当てにしている人は注意が必要です。その時間は、周辺の歩いていける範囲でもそのような施設はないです。1階はセブンイレブンがあり便利です。駐車場を利用する方は、チェックアウトの11時までです。 入庫から24時間ではないので、留意しておいた方が良いです。

前のホテルには10数回泊まっていたので、今回はヒルトン傘下になって比較のため宿泊。 設備は変わり映えなく、従業員も前の方がはつらつとしていて良かった。 レストランは以前の激しい段差が軽減され、我々高齢者には楽になった。 朝食ブッフェでオムレツ担当者が素人すぎて長蛇の列。代わってあげたかった。 全体的に特別美味しくもなく、普通過ぎた。
