The front desk lady was very friendly and she let us check in early without extra charge. The location is great. "Loved that this hotel was connected to MOKO mall. Rooms were a good size with huge bathrooms. Walls were thick as we didn’t hear anything from any neighbors. Cleaning staff were extremely attentive. "
"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor and lack of USB charging points. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the good sound proofing allows a quiet rest."
"AC was fixed at 27 initially, we were moved to another room but temp was fixed at 23 which was still not completely comfortable. The staff though are very helpful even the manager but I don’t think they can really do anything about the situation."
