Clean and safe hotel. Good location beside a shopping mall and about 10-15mins walk to nearest mtr. Many places to eat around the hotel. Provided eco-friendly toiletries which was very helpful. Although staff forgot to top up the coffee and tea in the hotel room on 1 of the day.

The cafe in the hotel was closed, but there were a ton of dining options around. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area was also very walkable and convenient in terms of location.

Location is really good in TST. The room is what you can expect in the price range in this location: clean, good & basic equipment, and really small. The photos have fisheye effect and make it look bigger. If you know and accept this, it is worth it!

It’s a nice little hotel. It’s situated on a hill but it’s in a good area. The staff were very kind and really tried to help. We learned a lesson with this booking is to only book with Expedia no other company.

Nice staff and room was well cleaned. I like the room size, amenities and comfortable bed. Our view was of other apartment but better than no view at all. My only negative comment is that location isn’t ideal; it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest station and steep uphill to get to the hotel.
