Great hotel to stay.

The customer services are excellent, receptionist staff are always helpful. The cleaning service are almost daily. We stay more than two weeks and we have no complain.

The property is located in a quiet area in Kowloon, close to bus stations and 15 minutes walk to the metro.15 minute walk to the ladies market. Good for young people, but not ideal for older couples

room is spacious but bare as only 1 tilted chair provided while 1 sit on the chair and other has to stand or lie down on the bed. Surrounding are clean quiet and convenient to shopping. Though the hotel has few amenities, the room itself is clean and spacious. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Buses is only a few minutes away. Definitely getting my money's worth. The one receptionist whom I encountered is not exactly friendly. But the housekeeping staff is very courteous.

First and foremost, this hotel is owned/ran by YWCA, which means they expect at least one female customer per room. This was not mentioned and stressed upon on the expedia website/app. The property was recently renovated and the public areas are clean and well kept. The hotel is walking distance to the busiest hub in the city. The hotel reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional. The cleaning staff had some issues understanding "do not disturb". Overall, quiet and clean property. Good stay.

The was on the 12th floor room was fine , I didn’t like that the bathroom light was not lighting where the mirror was and couldn’t really see into the mirror, and the washing basin was faulty too, didn’t want to complain because I was staying only for another 4 night. The first room on the 10th floor was excellent.

The reception manner was terrible, he is not professional enough to stand there. He was no show of welcome to us and just said passport to me when checked in as if I did something wrong. I think he really hate his job ! The bathroom tiles has some red brown colour stain marks to make you very touncomfortable to see. The shower door cannot close, water running out. The good things the bed was comfortable. I will not go back there.
