"For a small hotel, it feel’s spacious. We got the 3 single bed standard. It’s in a good spot very close to Tokyo Dome and near 2 stations which was convenient. "

"Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The property is very large and you can get lost! There two hotels that are attached. The Otani main and the New Otani Garden. The hotel(s) remind me of the ones in Las Vegas, only a lot cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of high end stores on the lowers floors of the New Otani Garden hotel. There are many different restaurants in the hotel. We tried several and the food was excellent. They have their own private garden attached to the hotel. It is quite beautiful. The ponds are filled with the largest Koi I have seen."

"The room was very clean and conveniently had a fridge, microwave and laundry which was a great help. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was just a short walk from the metro stations (Suidobashi and Jimbocho) as well as the JR line (Suidobashi). I would definitely return to this hotel! "

"Staff were very friendly and checked us in quite a bit earlier than they needed to, which was great! Unfortunately the 2 twin beds were actually 2 single beds, and the room was tiny, not much bigger than the 2 beds - not amazing for a family of 4, but we made do. Also not a whole lot of restaurant options in the area. I would say it is perfect for 1-2 people that are in transit for an evening. "
