"All staff members were courteous and polite, everyone is willing to help and always ready to provide service. Cleaning our room spot on and they go above and beyond with extra touch of decor and dessert treats every night. Special mention to Kent not sure if i have the right name but he is the security at front beach… who does not only stand but does more than security making sure all the guest are welcome and picking up trash helping other co workers. I will definitely recommend discovery boracay to my friends from USA"

"The Shangri-La Boracay was a picturesque paradise that provided us with a great room, view, amenities, friendly staff, great breakfast options and a campus that is second to none. The staff made our stay special and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Very pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely come back!"

"5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "
