"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"We had a lovely time at the Sens, the rooms were clean and the food was good. The thing that made it lose a star is that they require you to leave the facility at 12pm sharp, so if you have a flight leaving at 6pm then you have to book another night or sit in the airport for hours????"

"Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially in the a La carte restaurants. Advertised as beach front, however not all their lobbies are on the beach and have to be reached by a short tram ride."
