"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. "We stayed at Bahía Príncipe Luxury Akumal for three nights and four days, and everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entire resort was very clean and well maintained.
The buffet options were fantastic with plenty of variety, and we also appreciated the availability of room service. While the room service food menu is limited, we actually loved being able to enjoy our meals in the privacy and peace of our room.
Another great perk was having access to other resorts on the property, which gave us even more dining and activity options. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would absolutely return."

The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "
