Loved everything! Would go back again! They were all very helpful and kind. Rooms were great. The only thing we didn’t like was they tried to sell us their membership as soon as we checked in. We had children with us and one is disabled, we really Needed to change him but it took forever to get us into a room because they were trying to sell to us.

The resort is beautiful and expansive, filled with beautiful flora and fauna. The one drawback was the ala carte food, which left a lot to be desired. The best restaurant by far was Bravo, which is an add-on but free if you book through Expedia.

we have been going to the Mayan Riviera location for 25 years. And this is the nicest family all inclusive resort we've ever been to. Their restaurants are by far the best their main pool at Family selection is quite deep. So be sure to bring a floatie for little kids yes the family selection Beach and bar are the best so be sure to find that.
