"Great Hotel. Very Convenient to Heathrow and the staff are super friendly and nice. During one of our stays we ate in the Skyway Brasserie, it was delicious and a big portion. This will be my go to Heathrow hotel in the future and I would highly recommend!"

"Great room on the inside of the lobby up on 3rd floor. Large, clean and spacious and perfect for one night before my flight the ext. day. Breakfast was plentiful and everything anyone could want at the time of day . Staff worked hard to maintain clean tables and to keep food fresh and stocked. Receptionists were helpful and friendly."

"The staff was absolutely amazing as our luggage had been lost and we were stranded overnight. They even had an outlet converter so we could charge our phones. The room was a good size and comfortable the food at breakfast and at the bar was good"

"If you are flying from the south terminal I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s basic but all that you need and the rainfall showers are great for distressing after a long trip! The lift takes you straight from your room to the baggage hall and it just takes a lot of stress out of travelling! "

"Room was very quiet, forgot we were at an airport. Bit of a walk to get to so make sure you take a cart if you have alot of luggage. We ate supper and breakfast, both were great with good choices for both adults & kids"
