Ibis is a budget hotel chain but lately this location has gotten more expensive especially outside of low season. The rooms don’t have many amenities, but makes an efficient use of its limited size with table space and even a small bench. The staff don’t always refill the soap dispensers, I ended up buying my own from the dollar store. The best part of staying here is the location with lots of shopping nearby as well as easy tube access. The new Elizabeth Line has made getting to the hotel from Heathrow much easier than in the past.

Great location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, as well as easy access to public transport. Walking distance from the Westfield mall. Attentive and professional staff. Good-sized rooms, clean and in good condition. Breakfast was great.

Always a good stay with Ibis

No issues whatsoever. Had some really nice free cookies from reception. Can't complain about that! Lovely clean room with all amenities. Solid 9/10.

Best hotel ive stayed in London, close to everything, shops, tube is over the road, shopping centre close, beds so comfy, very happy, will be back, check in man was lovely too, thank you. Oh and 12pm check out is amazing!
