"I love this hotel. LOVE. But recently I’ve encountered where the AC/heat doesn’t work. My phone in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t call out. When I told the front desk they could only offer more blankets. It was quite cold. And now there is construction going on in the marina with the guys screaming and the pounding going on. :( At 8 am- it was a rude awakening. "

"Nice property near the center of the pier 39. Big and well-maintained building. Favorable check in (3PM) and checkout (12PM!!!) Very good and reach breakfast comparing to other hotels in the US There were huge lines during checking (3PM) and breakfast (9:00 - 9:30 AM)"

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect — within easy walking distance of everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
