"The location is great for access to all the places we wanted to visit. Good public transport access. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Busy , modern feel with nice lobby to relax and had a drink or light meals ."

"One of the great features of this hotel is that higher level rooms on the North side have lovely views of Telegraph Hill, North Beach and the Bay. One negative is that they are optimized for business travelers. For example, there is no bell hop service - if you arrive with heavy bags you have to wheel them up a winding ramp exposed to the rain from where your vehicle arrives to the front desk by yourself. Also, there is a charge for WiFi service unless you belong to the Hilton Honors program. A charge for wifi? In this day and age, that's a silly as a charge for electricity!"

"Room was clean, we had a room in tower 3 and the walk to the room was long, when I stay at large hotels I usually request rooms near the elevator. We stayed on the 8 room so no view except for the nearby building and we has a small window view. The location of the hotel was perfect, its walking distance to the union square and Bart. We had a buffet breakfast at Poach, very limited selection but it was a good price. I would stay at this hotel again if we visit SF again."
