"I liked front desk staff. Location was perfect. Room was small but clean and cozy. No fridge. No trash can in the room. However. Way better than i expected. Felt safe the second i saw the door system and friendly staffs. Will visit again "

"Hotel Zoe was walking distance from the Wharf which was my favourite part of this stay. The staff was always polite and accomadating. I liked that there was bike rentals available although it was too windy for what I was used to. Maybe next time I'll take advantage of it. My partner has a diff sleep schedule than me and usually I can mitigate this by hanging out in another room. I wish the lobby/work space was a bit brighter or easier to see. However, the lounge/terrace area is comfortable and I enjoyed the option to smoke some marshmellows for s'mores. I liked that the area wasn't too "busy" so that for uber/lyft/taxi, it was easy to drop off/pick up. The hotel was clean and the king sized bed upgrade was comfortable. Appreciate the men at the front desk and at the entrance. I did dine at their restaurant. It is okay "

"Loved the location, very walkable to Pier/Wharf areas, close to tour meeting spots and public transportation. Breakfast options were good including gluten free toast and muffin when inquired to staff. Room was nicely quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, able to securely store luggage after check out until departing for next destination. Would return again."
