"This resort was absolutely AMAZING. I wish I could give it ten stars. The staff treated you like lifelong friends, the place was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location was prime. My husband did his very first surf lesson through the resort as well, and had the best experience. The food and drinks never disappointed either. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here and cannot wait to book our trip back. "

"I live locally but had to stay in a hotel for a few days while I had some repairs done to my home. The staff from check in, breakfast, to the housekeeping staff are all amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It is upscale, clean, great location, and welcoming. "

"Majority of the staff have Ohana and exercise it - I singled out a couple of Revenue killers in my last review. Coming from the mainland, we deal with attitude - We don’t come to Hawaii to spend top dollar experience further. Overall, the staff was very respectful - Only a couple of deadbeats. "

"Came here for a wedding and decided to stay some days. Unfortunately I was a victim of domestic abuse & was assaulted .The staff was beyond exceptional & moved me into another room and helped me with my belongings. The security team came up to gather a report and make sure I was okay. I did not press charges but was presented the option. I will never forget how attentive and understanding everyone was. I want to thank John who is the angel that answered and sent me help. Joan was also so helpful as this person charged alcohol & food to my account without permission. The hotel kindly removed these charges. I hope to return to this amazing hotel."
