Check-in for this property is located at Ilikai Hotel, 1777 Ala Moana Blvd. Access the main lobby via stairs, escalator, or exterior elevator. Upon entering the lobby, stay to the left of the guest elevators and walk toward Ku'ai Market. The Waikiki Marina Resort and Shell Vacations Reception/Check-In office is located next to the market in the corridor toward the pool.
Intermittent power outages are expected now through August 2024. All facilities that use power, including the elevator, will not be available during the outage. Dates are subject to change without notice.

I enjoyed the location of the property and the continence of having a market and food options on site. The pools were clean and well maintained, as well as our room we stayed in. I would not choose to have a balcony facing the street again, only thing I would change. And $45 per day to valet park is a bit steep I believe as well.

Very friendly front desk staff. Shaun was especially kind to us during our check-in, and Carissa was great during check-out. Absolutely loved the suite we stayed in, having a kitchen was a great plus, I do wish however there were more kitchen cloths but it was no biggie without it. Just needs some updating as some parts are a little outdated, but it was very clean regardless! Location was 10/10! We were close to Ala Moana mall AND close to Waikiki strip, and close to the Hilton lagoon. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hawaii, we enjoyed it a lot.
