All of the staff from the door people to the cleaning personnel to the front desk and restaurant servers were so friendly, patient and ready to help when needed: ie Excellent customer service. They made us feel valuable as special guests at the hotel. The AC worked perfectly fine. Did not go to the bar so no comments. We will stay there again for sure. Drs Vo and Huynh "

"Staff were super nice, addressed any questions or concerns right away. Great pool, they also have a gym that I didn’t get a chance to use. Room was clean, I stayed facing the beach view was phenomenal. Very closed to a lot of restaurants, spa and convenience stores. Def would come back "

"Everything was great the view from the room was awesome!! The hotel amenities were awesome including the pool and the gym. Directly across the street from the hotel was a path to get to the beach. Unfortunately that area of the beach was filthy with litter l this was the biggest turn off."

"Location is hard to beat, very central within District 1. Close to major malls and Ben Thanh market. It has an old charm in it, inheriting it from its history. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it - for its price and location, it’s worth it."
