"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time there. There is an adult pool separate from the kids pool so you can relax and enjoy. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a partner bar there so you can get a free chair on the beach. The only thing I would pass on is their restaurant, while the breakfast is ok and they even make eggs any way you want fresh at the demand, we go the 5 course dinner as it was our honeymoon and it wasn’t great. There are so many amazing restaurants in town so definitely go there. Within a couple of minutes walk you are right in the middle of town with loads of bars, restaurants and even a night market. You can also board the lovely boats that take you around the river. Other than the food, the rest was perfect, the room was spacious, and if you want you have turn down service. The bathroom is great with plenty of amenities and the water pressure was heaven. We wished we had stayed a bit longer there, will definitely book back there if we go back to Hoi an."

"Beautifully appointed property with spectacular pool and beach access. Rooms so clean and spacious. Bed linen and pillows so comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. Would definitely stay here again "

"Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back. "

Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service. Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent. Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing. Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations."
