"The staff at the New Sunshine Homestay owned and run by Huong and her family are just gorgeous. We stayed here as a family for a week and loved it so much we stayed a week more. The facilities are lovely, the location is very peaceful and the pool is perfect for relaxing and little people fun. The treasure of this place is the staff. "Staff was very nice and helpful (Linh was the one who helped us most of the days). Room is clean, spacious and cleaning staff clean the room every day. Our room is an apartment style with kitchen and washer/dryer machine. Breakfast is very delicious and many variety."

She connected with us immediately through her warmth, professionalism, and sincere care, making us feel valued from day one. Katie consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and proactively asking if there was anything we needed. We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. Four Points by Sheraton Danang

"We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were incredibly friendly, the buffet breakfast was an easy 10/10, the amenities were excellent, and our room with its beautiful beach view was stunning. The reason for my 4-star review comes down to two things. Firstly, the elevators were extremely slow. We regularly waited over 10 minutes just to reach the 8th floor and even had to use the stairs twice. For a 36-floor hotel with four lifts, this was disappointing. Secondly, housekeeping was often very late. We’d leave the room around 7–8 am and return after 4:30 pm to find it still hadn’t been serviced. Aside from these two issues, everything else was fantastic. With improvements to the lifts and housekeeping timing, this would easily be a 5-star hotel."

"The room was gorgeous and ocean view was breathtaking. Everything is clean and organized. I have minor recommendion that the room needs to install more electrical outlets especially, near the bed. Lisa Nguyen who was my check-in receptionist had done a tremendous job and diligently working hard to ensure that she can help me with several options on my requests. She manages to help me out. I haven't seen such a patience and willingness to-help receptionist in my life in order to accommodate my request. This lady, Lisa, deserves top 5 out 5 Star and get a promotion. I hope her boss is able to read my feedback here."

"A great resort on the Vietnamese-style beach. We really enjoyed it. Great service. Good restaurants. A great sandy beach for a dip in the sea. The only minus is that the infinity pool is too hot. We stayed during the hot month of June. In any case, the lagoon pool made up for it in a big way.mist coffee machine"
