"The property and apartment were spotless and staff went above and beyond any and all expectations with plenty of special little extras to make our stay unforgettable! Food was absolutely delicious and breakfast one of the best we had Thank you for such a wonderful stay"
"This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. "
"Brilliant hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service right in the heart of London. It really is what a Four Seasons Hotel should be. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The sole working lift did stop working which was clearly causing issues. Unfortunately with old buildings like this one it is ‘just one of those things’. Once both lifts are fully operational there will, hopefully, be less of a problem if one stops working. It didn’t put us off staying again (and we were on the 6th floor!) Our room was lovely and the included minibar a welcome extra at the end of long days on our feet exploring London!"
"A really convenient central location. As a single room booking, the room was fairly small but had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay. I didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that. What most impressed me was the staff, really professional, friendly and helpful. "
"Very friendly staff excellent service, good breakfast, many beggars outside of hotel but that can be said in many large cities, close to many sites and the tube
Would stay here again "
