"Breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. The location is perfect for seeing all the attractions and to the underground if you want to get around that way. I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"Very well located only a few minutes walk from Victoria station. Lots of nearby cafes, bar and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable. We had an apartment room which had a well stocked kitchen with cooking facilities and dish washer. Super comfortable bed too. Would highly recommend! "

"Couldn’t access Uber. Employee used her app and refused money. I would return here in a heartbeat. I knew rooms were small BUT good a/c, incredibly quiet, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Nothing negative!!!"
